Customer needs analysis
- In-depth analysis of the customer’s specific needs: calls, meetings, verbal and written exchanges with the customer to understand and formulate the customer’s needs, objectives and challenges.
- Evaluation of the type of materials to be handled: determination of the characteristics of the materials to be lifted and handled, such as weight, shape, size and surfaces.
- Initial Work Environment Analysis: evaluate environmental conditions, available space, equipment and workflows in the installation area.
- If an existing facility: Identify critical issues and areas for improvement over the current lifting and handling process.
- Elements for developing a customized solution: creation of a customized project to meet the customer’s specific needs, taking into account all of the above factors.
Equipment design and sizing
- Definition and selection of all necessary components: detailed design development, identifying all components needed for the specific installation, from suction cups to vacuum pumps, hoists and cranes.
- Sizing of the main elements of the installation according to load characteristics and lifting requirements (heights, speeds, frequencies).
- Suction pads selection: selection of the most suitable suction plates for the materials to be handled.
- Vacuum pump sizing: Evaluate the flow rate and capacity of vacuum generation systems (compressed air or vacuum pump) required to ensure efficient operation of the system.
- Hoist and Crane Selection: selection of hoists and cranes with the proper lifting capacity and handling speed to meet the customer’s needs.
- Engineering checks: to ensure that the selected set of components can guarantee the range, operation and safety of the system.

Layout and installation study
- Analysis of the available space at the customer’s site, taking into account various constraints (heights, accessibility, plant areas, loading and unloading areas, access routes) to determine the most efficient and safe layout for the plant.
- Dimensional optimization of the various plant elements (suction pads, hoists, pumps, jib cranes) to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing operating space and footprint.
- Overall layout optimization: study of the optimal layout for crane installation at the customer’s site.
- Integration with existing systems: integration of the installation with respect to existing systems, such as processing islands, conveyors, production lines. Design to cover the required performances without obstacles and complications, with maximum efficiency and safety.
- Broad indications of pipe and cable runs.
- Fine-tuning of the documentation: creation of drawings and any 3D representations to realistically visualize the plant and facilitate the understanding of the project.
- Cross-referencing of data and possible use of simulation software to verify plant design criteria against performance requirements.
- The layout design takes into account industry standards and safety regulations. In all cases, it must be verified by local certification authorities.
System delivery
- Supply of all necessary components for lifting and handling equipment: suction pads, pumps, vacuum generation systems, valves, signaling and safety equipment, hoists, cranes.
- Supply of assembly manuals, installation plans [and layout drawings].
- Provide operation and maintenance manuals.

Installation oversight
- Checks for consistency of the field situation and adequacy of third-party supplies (compressors, and others), to ensure component quality and plant reliability.
- Supervision of the installation of the system at the customer’s site, to check that the installation is carried out correctly, in accordance with the design specifications and installation manuals.
