X series | pneumatic tilting
Five pad vacuum lifter
Capacity: 500 to 1500 kg
Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous materials with flat surfaces, including cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, steps, small slabs, metal sheets and glass panels.
The pneumatic tilting system makes load rotation smooth and controlled, reducing the physical effort required from the operator and making everyday handling easier and more efficient. It also provides greater control and precision when positioning the load, particularly during repetitive or demanding operations.
A fast, simple and reliable handling solution, featuring a compact and robust construction designed for continuous, heavy-duty use. Ideal for under-the-hook lifting applications, it integrates easily with cranes, hoists and other lifting equipment.
The unit is equipped with a vacuum reservoir and built-in safety devices, including audible and visual alarm systems and a vacuum gauge.

DAL FORNO sealing technology
A key feature of the X Series, and all our pads, is our distinctive rubber sealing system: flexible, resistant and long-lasting, it provides reliable gripping on a wide range of surface finishes, including raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered and sandblasted surfaces.
- Lightweight and corrosion-resistant construction, combining light alloys, galvanized steel and cast-aluminium suction pads for durability and long service life;
- fast and easy replacement of the rubber sealing ring, minimizing maintenance time;
- 0° to 90° pneumatic tilting, allowing materials to be lifted, rotated and positioned both horizontally and vertically;
- pivot axis positioned close to the suction pad, facilitating smooth rotation and precise vertical positioning of the load;
- adjustable operating handle angle for improved ergonomics, easier maneuvering and reduced operator fatigue;
- independent rechargeable vacuum-loss alarm, with buzzer and warning lights activated by a vacuum switch, supplied with a separate battery charger;
- non-return valves designed to maintain vacuum in the event of hose damage or vacuum loss;
- ON/OFF sliding valve with safety locking device, helping prevent accidental load release;
- designed and manufactured in accordance with applicable EU machinery safety requirements for CE marking.
The vacuum is generated by an electric pump or by means of a compressed air vacuum generator (Venturi pipe). The unit usually consists of: electric vacuum pump + connecting pipe + vacuum suction pad. The vacuum pump is to be placed nearby the working place. For special application can be supplied pumps with single-phase, DC electric motors (to be installed on fork lift and hydraulic crane), internal combustion ones.
